This membership is dedicated to supporting women like you who are looking to nurture their mental health while honoring their religious values and marital commitment. With a focus on Orthodox principles, I’ll help you navigate modern marriage challenges and create deeper connection, harmony, and peace in your personal and spiritual life. FAQs


  • The time commitment will vary depending on your personal goals and availability. On average, you can expect to spend about 1-2 hours per week engaging with the membership materials, including attending the live workshops, completing guided exercises, and participating in community discussions. However, you are welcome to engage as much or as little as fits your schedule. The goal is to provide resources that are flexible and can be integrated into your life at your own pace.

  • Once you join, you will have access to all current and future membership content for as long as you remain a member. This includes live workshops, guided exercises, resources, and community discussions. You can revisit the materials at any time, allowing you to learn and grow at your own pace. If you decide to cancel, you'll retain access to the content until the end of your billing cycle.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into Kajabi and navigating to Settings > Billing.

  • All you need to get started is a computer or smartphone with internet access to participate in live sessions, access the resources, and connect with the community. For the guided exercises and journaling prompts, a journal to write down your thoughts is helpful, but not required. You may also want a quiet space where you can focus and reflect during exercises and workshops. Everything else is provided through the membership platform!
